Why did you join Payne & Fears?
I joined Payne & Fears to help clients navigate the complex maze of California employment laws. My father provided a life for our family by starting his own business at a young age. As I grew up, I witnessed the difficulties of business owners navigating the ever-changing landscape of laws, and the stress involved when complications arise. I pursued labor and employment law with the goal of providing clients the opportunity to put their time and focus into their company’s mission rather than uncertainties of an evolving regulatory landscape.
