Donna McNally is a paralegal with Payne & Fears, working with attorneys in all the firm’s practice groups. Donna has more than 30 years of paralegal experience, including an extensive background in complex business litigation, employment class actions, IP/trade secret litigation, insurance coverage/bad faith matters, and insurance regulation.

Donna joined Payne & Fears in 2021. She supports the firm’s attorneys in all phases of litigation, including background research, document productions, depositions, e-discovery and computerized litigation support. She has experience managing all aspects of trial preparation for large-scale trials, arbitrations, and mediations and is well versed in law firm databases.

Donna enjoys finding solutions to problems and staying up to date on the latest computerized technology, which allows her to work in an efficient and cost-effective matter. For more than five years, Donna worked as a part-time instructor for UCI Continuing Education’s Paralegal Certificate program, assisting students in becoming proficient in law office technology to succeed in the workplace.

Outside of the office, Donna enjoys swimming, playing tennis, and gardening—especially tending to her citrus trees.
