Andrew K. Haeffele handles all aspects of employment and business litigation matters, with a particular focus on defending claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower status, family and medical leave, unfair labor practices, and wage and hour class actions. Andrew also has significant experience litigating complex business matters involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, unfair competition, insurance coverage, and trade secret misappropriation.

Andrew has been a P&F attorney for his entire legal career. He started with P&F as a summer associate during law school. Upon graduation in 2008, Andrew returned to P&F as an Associate. In 2016, Andrew was promoted to partner. Clients trust Andrew because of his thorough commitment and first-hand involvement in all aspects of the litigation process. While in law school, Andrew was a member of the Loyola Law Review, and worked as a Senior Analyst in DaVita Healthcare Partners, Inc.âs compliance department. Before joining Payne & Fears LLP, he was a Senior Associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, in PwCâs Business Consulting Practice.
Outside of work, Andrew is an avid sports fan. He is originally from Chicago and a longtime fan of the Bears, Blackhawks, and Cubs.
