Irvine, Calif. – Payne & Fears LLP is pleased to announce that Blair T. Troy has joined the firm. She will practice within the firm’s Employment Law Group located in the Irvine office.
Blair represents clients in state and federal courts in a broad range of labor and employment matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, whistleblower status, family and medical leave, and wage-and-hour class actions.
Blair began her legal career with a focus on acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development, real estate finance and all aspects of real estate matters.
She received a B.A. in communication from the University of Southern California and a J.D. from Loyola Law School, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude, was a member of the St. Thomas More Honors Society, and was awarded membership to Order of the Coif. She was also a Staff Editor, and published author of a comment, “Caution Ahead Insider Lenders.”
During law school, Blair served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Kathleen O’Leary in Division 3 of the 4th Appellate District at the California Court of Appeal.
