Why did you join Payne & Fears?

I joined Payne & Fears because I am deeply committed to the practice of Labor & Employment law. Growing up with a father who built and ran his own company, I saw firsthand the challenges and responsibilities that come with managing a business and caring for its employees. That experience gave me a personal understanding of how vulnerable a business can feel when legal risks arise, and how essential it is to have trusted counsel who not only understands the law but also the emotional investment behind the enterprise.
