Employment Law Update 2018

This 90 minute meeting will cover new laws impacting employers in California and nationwide; how to address politics, speech and the workplace creating a culture of inclusion and openness; revelations in harassment cases and issues of corporate responsibility; prior salary history inquiries – managing compensation in a “don’t ask/don’t tell” world; and reversals of Obama-era policies and what those changes actually mean.
