Caleb Chin represents employers in all aspects of employment litigation, including wage-and-hour, Private Attorneys General Act (“PAGA”), class action, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims.
During law school, Caleb served as a judicial extern in the chambers of the Hon. William Bedsworth of the California Court of Appeal, Fourth District. He was also an editor of the UC Irvine Law Review and president of his school’s Christian Legal Society chapter.
Caleb is an avid fan of the Minnesota Vikings and the Los Angeles Lakers. Outside of the office, Caleb spends his time going to the gym, playing basketball, baking, and learning to play the guitar.
