Sharon Shaoulian has joined Payne & Fears LLP as an associate attorney. She will practice within the Employment Law Group and will be based in the firm’s Irvine office.
Sharon is skilled in defending businesses against employee lawsuits and advising employers in a variety of matters, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage-and-hour disputes.
Before joining Payne & Fears, Sharon served as an associate in the Los Angeles office of a major national law firm. Her practice concentrates on labor and employment litigation and counseling, and complex commercial litigation.
Sharon is a graduate of the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where she was honored for her written and oral advocacy skills as part of the Hale Moot Court Honors Program. As an undergraduate at the University of California, Irvine, Sharon was a cultural and political community organizer. As a campus leader, she worked with university administration, professors and students to implement positive changes and protections for future students of all backgrounds, including the UC Regents' "Statement of Principles Against Intolerance."

What activities do you enjoy outside of work?
Going to the beach, grabbing dinner with friends, painting, watching “Seinfeld” and “Curb Your Enthusiasm” on repeat, going to new restaurants, and traveling to new places.
