Payne & Fears LLP is pleased to announce that Roza C. Rosner has joined the firm. She will practice within the Business Litigation Group in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
Roza is skilled in complex commercial litigation, insurance disputes, product liability and general liability matters.
“We are pleased to welcome Roza to our firm’s Business Litigation team, as the newest member of our growing Los Angeles office,” said Benjamin Nix, Chair of Payne & Fears LLP’s Business Litigation Practice Group. “We are confident her experience in handling complex commercial litigation matters will be a valuable addition to our Los Angeles litigation team.”
Roza arrived at the firm after several years as an associate with Wood Smith Henning & Berman LLP.
She earned her J.D. from Arizona State University, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. While in law school, Roza served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Diane J. Humetewa of the U.S. District Court and to the Honorable Donn Kessler of the Arizona Court of Appeals.
Before her move to the United States, Roza lived in New Zealand and Sweden. She is a member of the Swedish-American Bar Association and SWEA International (Swedish Women’s Educational Association International, Inc.).
