Payne & Fears LLP Elects Scott O. Luskin as New Managing Partner of the Los Angeles Office

Scott O. Luskin has been elected to serve as managing partner of the firm’s Los Angeles Office effective February 14, 2018.

Located in the Westwood area of Los Angeles, this full-service office employs attorneys with diverse specialties including health care litigation, employment, business insurance disputes, and general commercial litigation.

Scott focuses on complex commercial and business litigation and represents a wide range of clients, including individuals, various types of business entities, non-profit hospitals and large corporations. He has experience in all aspects of business litigation, including law and motion practice, alternative dispute resolution and trial.

In addition to business litigation, Scott also has extensive experience in employment litigation and insurance coverage litigation. Recently, he was an integral part of a trial team that obtained a complete defense verdict for a publicly traded airline in a sexual harassment matter. Scott also regularly handles complicated coverage and other insurance matters. In 2013, he was California counsel and part of a trial team that obtained a defense verdict in a bad faith matter in the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
