The Netherlands— On May 24, 2013 Payne & Fears LLP partners Dan Livingston and Dan Rasmussen delivered a presentation on “Litigation in the United States” to attorneys from over 45 nations assembled in The Hague, The Netherlands. The gathering, held at the historic Peace Palace, home of the International Court of Justice, was the 12th Annual Convention of First Law International and was attended by over 100 attorneys from Europe, Africa, South America and the Far East.
