Eric C. Sohlgren – Labor and Employment Litigation and Labor Law (Management) and Employment Law (Individuals) Mr. Sohlgren has broad experience in employment law, representing companies, managers, and employee benefit plans in litigation matters in state and federal courts, and in administrative proceedings. With an executive background in human resources, Mr. Sohlgren frequently advises employers on legal compliance and preventative measures to minimize the risk of litigation.

James L. Payne – Employment Law (Management), Labor and Employment Litigation and Labor Law (Management) Mr. Payne concentrates in the representation of companies in all aspects of employment law and related civil litigation, including wage-and-hour litigation and consulting, employment discrimination, wrongful termination, labor-management relations, and union arbitrations. Mr. Payne has a practice focus in the subfield of wage-and-hour law, as both an advisor and litigator. He has served as the lead litigation counsel in dozens of wage-and-hour class action cases ranging in size from a few hundred to over 400,000 putative class members.
