Haeffele, a partner in the Irvine office, handles all aspects of employment and business litigation matters, with a particular focus on defending claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower status, family and medical leave, unfair labor practices, and wage-and-hour class actions.
Scott O. Luskin, a partner in the Business Litigation Group and Managing Partner of the Los Angeles office, focuses on complex commercial and business litigation and represents a wide range of clients, including individuals, various types of business entities, non-profit hospitals and large corporations. Rhianna S. Leilani Livingston Jones, an associate attorney in the Business Litigation and Insurance Coverage groups in the Irvine office, practices complex commercial litigation, including breach of contract, intellectual property, and real property disputes.
