Payne & Fears LLP seeks a driven Marketing Coordinator/Designer to help bring our client-facing materials and communications to the next level.
This person will report to the Director of Marketing and Business Development. The role requires communication with partner-level attorneys, vendors, and other third parties. The ideal candidate will have a desire to grow within the role and bring new ideas to the table, and will be highly collaborative while also thriving independently. The ability to juggle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential for success. The position will be based in our Irvine, CA, office, and will also serve attorneys in our LA, San Francisco, Salt Lake City, and Las Vegas offices. Remote start is possible, depending on start date, but ability to work in the Irvine office is required.
-3 to 6 years of graphic design experience
-Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat)
-Canva (for design)
-Strong PPT skills, including finding relevant images to fit the content, formatting, polishing for style, suggesting improvements
-Strong experience designing collateral, handouts, swag, client/internal newsletters, advertisements, etc.
-Email management systems (Constant Contact a plus)
-GotoWebinar/Zoom/Teams other virtual Webinar platforms
-Website experience updating content, carousel, and other design elements (WordPress, Drupel, basic HTML a plus, alt tag/SEO/website design experience a plus)
-Event coordination (creating invitations, event logistics, follow-up reports, etc.)
-Research/fact checking skills
-Google analytics, social media
-Eye for detail, highly organized, creative
-Comfortable interacting with partners/executives
-Highly motivated individual, eager to bring new ideas to the table
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proofreading content for typos/inconsistent formatting
-Ability to multi-task and rapidly respond to short deadlines
-Can deal with criticism and rethink projects based on management feedback
