Gregory H. King is the managing partner of the Las Vegas office of Payne & Fears LLP. Greg concentrates on commercial and employment litigation and has tried and arbitrated numerous cases in Nevada and California. He has represented diverse businesses, including mortgage lenders, banking institutions, auto dealerships, residential developers, medical device manufacturers and health care practitioners.
Greg handles all aspects of labor and employment litigation and preventative counseling, with a particular focus on wrongful termination, discrimination and harassment cases, and unfair labor practice litigation. His experience also covers a broad range of commercial litigation practice areas, including unfair lending practices, business torts, real estate and construction disputes, insurance coverage, and bad faith claims.
Greg serves as a Board Member for the Las Vegas Chapter of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society, and formerly served as a Board Member for the Publications Committee for the Clark County Bar Association. He is a frequent speaker at continuing education seminars on various topics, including insurance coverage and construction law, and he has published numerous articles on these topics. During law school, Greg served as Senior Editor for the Brigham Young University Law Review.
Before joining Payne & Fears LLP, Greg was an associate at Luce, Forward, Hamilton & Scripps where his practice focused on commercial litigation and insurance coverage.
