Chad D. Olsen focuses his practice in employment and business litigation. He handles matters involving employment discrimination and harassment, wrongful termination, business torts, contract disputes, real property disputes, construction defects, and insurance coverage. He is a member of the Clark County Bar Association, and he serves on the editorial board for the Nevada Lawyer magazine.
During law school, Mr. Olsen served as a Lead Note & Comment Editor on BYU’s Law Review and volunteered as a court appointed special advocate for abused and neglected children. He also interned for the Honorable Kent J. Dawson in the United States District Court, District of Nevada, a constitutional litigation firm in Washington, D.C., a city attorney’s office, and a business and criminal law firm in New Zealand.
