Erik M. Andersen is a Principal Attorney in the Business Litigation Group at Payne & Fears LLP specializing in commercial litigation and appellate law.  Mr. Andersen’s practice focuses on unfair competition, trade secrets, contract, trademark and securities law.

Mr. Andersen served as Solicitations Editor for the Boston College Law Review.

Prior to joining Payne & Fears LLP, Mr. Andersen was an associate at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP.  He served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert R. Beezer of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and as a law clerk to the Honorable Lourdes G. Baird of the United States District Court for the Central District of California.  Mr. Andersen also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Robert J. Timlin of the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
